We encourage you to contact your insurance company to confirm that Infinite Counseling & Wellness participates, as well as the benefits and expected out-of-pocket expenses. Clients are financially responsible for all charges incurred at each visit, whether covered by health insurance or not. All out-of-pocket expenses or co-pay as determined by your health insurer are due at the time of service.
